Case study: Tubissime, personalised songs created with AI
5 min read

Tubissime is a personalised song service, given as a gift for a birthday, a wedding, a birth or a retirement. The customer tells a story, AI writes the lyrics, the customer reviews them, then the music is composed and delivered within minutes. LPR Studio designed, built and runs the service itself, live at tubissime.com.
It is not a client project: it is our own product, which is why we can show it end to end.
The need
A song written for someone is a powerful gift. Until now, it meant being able to write and compose, or paying a musician and waiting days. People who want this gift have two constraints: they are neither musicians nor comfortable with technology, and the birthday is often tomorrow.
So the brief fit in three words: simple, fast, personal. Ordering had to be as easy as answering a text message.
What we built
An order flow with no account. Customers tell their story freely or answer a few guided questions. No sign-up is required before payment: every extra step loses orders.
An AI pipeline where the customer stays in control. AI writes the lyrics; the customer reads them, edits them, checks the name and can ask for a new text before paying. The music is then composed, in two versions to choose from. There is no hidden human review: the customer approves what matters to them at every step.
A delivery that feels like a real gift. Depending on the package: a gift page to share, an MP3 download, a printable card with a QR code, a karaoke view synced word by word, album artwork, a photo slideshow and an MP4 video sent by email.
Seven languages. The site and the order flow are available in French, English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Turkish and Russian.
Payments and consumer law. One-off card payment, no subscription. The terms of sale reflect the fact that personalised content carries no right of withdrawal under French law, and the site says so plainly.
A back office to run the business. For each customer: generation costs, revenue and margin. Prices and credits are set without touching the code. A credit-based creation studio completes the offer for people who want to write their own tracks.
The result
- Under three weeks from the first commit (17 July 2026) to a production application online (5 August 2026).
- A service open to the public, paid per order, in 7 languages, with prices published on tubissime.com.
- Delivery within minutes, where a commissioned song used to take days.
Sales figures stay internal: we do not publish numbers you cannot verify.
What this means for your project
Tubissime is nothing like a business application. But it packs in what most AI projects have to solve.
- Keep a human in the loop. AI proposes, the user approves. Our guide to adding AI to a business application develops this principle.
- Measure AI costs from day one, order by order. Without that, there is no way to set a fair price. Our guide to the cost of building a SaaS platform covers the costs that follow launch.
- Move fast without skipping verification. Three weeks to production is realistic when the scope is clear from the start. Our guide on how long it takes to build an app explains what drives the timeline.
If you have a service to launch, we build a free visual prototype, presented on a video call within 5 working days: you see your product before you commit to anything.
